In what scope does Jack and Bulk work?

We work internationally, this means our services can be used worldwide.

Why am I having difficulty viewing J&B site?

You may have issues viewing our website because of your browser. Please note the website performs best on the latest
version of Google Chrome or Safari. If you are having issues viewing J&B's site, it is possible that you are experiencing a
caching issue and need to clear your browser cache or by checking your network connection. Report it on Discord Group
or send us a message about the issue spotted.

Do I need to have a fitness equipment or access to the gym in order to be able to use the offered program or e-book?

Not at all, because each program is developed on a bespoke basis, we will work with whatever fitness equipment you
have available . We discuss with you and will make relevant adjustments.

I am not particularly fit right now, is the training method and fitness nutrition suitable for me?

It is not a problem at all. Jack and Bulk method is focused to transform human bodies into their best possible image. All
of our training methods are designed for both beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts.

I have a medical condition or I am pregnant. Can I join to the online or 1:1 Personal Training?

If you have or had a medical condition, we will need a clearance from your health care professional in writing prior to
commencing.

I have a medical condition. Is the online/e-book program suitable for me?

It is always best to consult your health care professional prior to starting a new fitness decision.
The information and programs may not be suitable to your personal circumstances and should not be used as
a substitute for obtaining specific advice from a qualified health care professional.

If you fall, within one of the following categories, you must first consult a health care professional before following any information, program or service being
offered by J&B.

  • Pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive a child
  • Have any physical and/ormental medical conditions
  • Recovering from or recently recovered from illness, injury, or any other medical procedures
  • Elderly

I have feedback or wish to contact support, what should I do?

For any public queries you can drop a line in the official Jack and Bulk discord channel, for private queries email us at
[email protected] In any of these cases we will respond as soon as possible. We also
highly value feedback from trainers, clients, fitness enthusiasts and as well as professionals. Send any comments or
suggestions you might have to us via the aforementioned channels, and help us shape the future of J&B.

How do I become an affiliate?

Easy! But this page is coming soon, for now you can send us an offer to [email protected]

Is my personal information kept private?

Our partner for shop and Membership platform Ko-fi passes the minimum information possible to the payment providers to set up transactions. They also mark all transactions (other than some Ko-fi Shop items) as digital items not requiring postage/physical addresses. For J&B Shop orders and commissions they pass address and contact information so we can fulfill the order.

What payment methods are available?

Ko-fi is a direct payments platform. Supporters ( you ) see options to pay the creator ( us 'J&B') using the creator's own PayPal or Stripe account. Stripe is used for card or Apple Pay transactions.

On Ko-fi you're paying the creator directly, you're not paying Ko-fi.

How will I receive my E-book purchase?

Within a few hours of placing your order for one of J&B e-books or programs you will receive a welcome email. If you
don’t receive your program within 24 hours, please check your other folders (spam, promotion, etc). If you are still
unable to find your program or e-book, please email J&B Support Team at [email protected] with your order details.

What is the E-book refund policy?

Similar to breaking the seal on a software package, once the license code has been issued, the product may not be
returned, plus given the digital nature of the product, we do not usually provide refunds after purchase. We prefer that you go through the documentation,  and get an idea of the benefits before purchasing to avoid refunds.

We have put all our effort to make everything perfectly searchable and visible before purchasing.

How does Jack and Bulk work?

J&B works by bringing together like-minded fitness enthusiasts and enabling them to find co-founders, discuss ideas, get
startup resources, connect with other trainers, and more…

When will I get charged?

Members get charged immediately when they become a member and then every calendar month until cancelled.
Renewals happen on the same day each month e.g. if a new member signs up on 10th of October, they will be charged
again on the 10th of November.
If the renewal payment does not succeed we automatically retry a number of times.

How do Members cancel their Membership?

We have chosen ko-fi.com to be the platform to take care of the membership functionality.
Main group is located on Discord. You will gain Discord role and Access to the premium channels on Jack and Bulk
Discord community
Members can decide to cancel their membership at any time. Members can cancel the membership by logging into Ko-fi
and visiting More - Account - Billing - and heading to Subscriptions.

Can I get a refund of my membership?

Fully refundable for 7 days
We want everyone to have a great experience with Bull Wark Premium. If you are not satisfied during your first week,
please contact us and we will issue you a full refund.
Subscriptions are being renewed every month and you can cancel at any time.

How does the membership work?

Can I pause my group membership?

We do not have a pause feature for our memberships. If you’d like to pause your membership, feel free to cancel your
membership and sign back up whenever you’re ready to resume. If you cancel and come back at some point in the
future, you would have to rejoin at whatever the new price is.

Is there some educational content which I could read in order to know more about fitness?

Yes, there is, you can visit our section Blog.

Does Jack and Bulk have an educational program?

Yes, we do have, visit our webpage in a section E-books.

Do I have to pay for sending messages?

No, you don’t. J&B public community is currently absolutely free.
